Esclave provides desktop automation software (“Cards”) and a marketplace for Creators and Buyers.
Information we collect
- Account & contact info: name, email, and basic profile details you provide.
- Purchase & entitlement data: product IDs, timestamps, amounts, and fulfillment status.
- Support communications: messages you send to support.
- Usage metadata: non-sensitive app events needed to operate the service (e.g., successful activation, error codes). We do not store your desktop contents.
How we use information
- Provide and operate the app, fulfill purchases, and grant entitlements.
- Secure the service (fraud prevention, abuse detection, diagnostics).
- Communicate with you about service updates and support.
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/audit records).
Disclosure of information
We do not sell personal data. We share limited information with:
- Payment processor (Stripe): to process payments and refunds. Card details are handled by Stripe; Esclave does not receive or store full card numbers.
- Cloud service providers: to host the website and deliver the service.
- Legal/Compliance: if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

This site is a simple static page and may use only essential cookies delivered by our hosting/CDN. We do not run advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics later, we will update this policy.

- Payment data is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider.
- We limit retention to what is necessary for service and compliance.
Data retention
We keep purchase records and essential logs for as long as needed for service, support, legal, and tax purposes. Other data is retained no longer than necessary.
