Who we are
ESCLAVE is a desktop automation platform and Automation Card marketplace. NANOBOT is the AI operator inside ESCLAVE that executes cards locally on user desktops. Contact us at [email protected].
Information we collect
- Account information: email address and basic profile settings you provide.
- Authentication and security data: authentication state, two-factor authentication status, and related security metadata.
- Usage and telemetry: high-level metadata about Automation Card runs and app interactions needed to operate and improve the service. ESCLAVE does not log raw screen contents or keyboard input from automations.
- Purchases and billing metadata: what was purchased, timestamps, amounts, marketplace fees, and payout records. Stripe processes payments; ESCLAVE does not store card numbers.
- Support communications: messages and emails you send to support.
How we use information
- Operate the ESCLAVE platform, including running Automation Cards through NANOBOT on user machines.
- Maintain security, authentication, optional 2FA, and abuse prevention.
- Process payments and payouts via Stripe and calculate marketplace fees.
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
Sharing and processors
- We use third-party processors such as Supabase for authentication and Stripe for payments.
- Stripe handles card data; ESCLAVE never stores card numbers.
- Data may be processed on infrastructure operated by these providers. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and tracking
The public site is static and does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If you sign in, essential cookies from our auth or hosting providers may be used to maintain your session. If we add analytics or other scripts later, we will update this policy.
Data retention
We keep account, usage, and transaction records as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal and financial obligations, or resolve disputes. You can contact support with questions about your account or closure options.
Your choices
- Enable two-factor authentication to increase account security.
- Contact support to ask about, update, or close your account, subject to operational and legal limits.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and account protections. Automation runs are designed to execute locally on trusted desktops. No system is perfectly secure, and users should secure their devices and credentials.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The Last updated date will change, and continued use of ESCLAVE after changes means you accept the updated policy.
