Who we are
ESCLAVE is a desktop automation platform and Automation Card marketplace. References to "we" or "us" mean the ESCLAVE operator. NANOBOT is the AI planner and runner inside ESCLAVE that executes Automation Cards locally on the desktops users trust.
What ESCLAVE provides
- Access to the ESCLAVE desktop app and associated services.
- Tools for creators to design, publish, and sell Automation Cards.
- A marketplace where customers can buy and run Automation Cards on their own machines with local execution via NANOBOT.
Accounts and security
- You must provide a valid email to create an account. Authentication is powered by Supabase with optional two-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials, devices, and local environment secure.
- Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and marketplace fees
- ESCLAVE Creator is our current subscription for publishing and selling Automation Cards (currently US$39 per month, billed via Stripe, as listed on the Economy page).
- When a creator sells an Automation Card, ESCLAVE takes a 20 percent platform fee from the sale price. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply.
Digital access and all sales final
- ESCLAVE sells digital access only; there are no physical goods or shipments. Access is granted inside the app shortly after payment is confirmed.
- All purchases are final. ESCLAVE does not offer routine refunds or order reversals. Where required by law, or in rare cases of technical failure, ESCLAVE support may review and reverse a charge.
Creator content and responsibilities
- Creators are responsible for the Automation Cards they publish, including accuracy, safety, and legality.
- Do not publish automations that are abusive, malicious, infringing, or illegal. ESCLAVE may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
- Automations must not be used to violate rights, break laws, or harm systems or people.
Acceptable use
- No misuse of the platform, no attempts to bypass security, no scraping, and no using automations for spam, fraud, or abuse.
- Do not interfere with the operation of ESCLAVE or other users.
Third-party services
- ESCLAVE uses Supabase for authentication and Stripe for payments.
- Stripe processes card data; ESCLAVE never stores card numbers.
As-is service and limitation of liability
ESCLAVE is provided as is without guarantees. Automation and platform features may change, pause, or fail. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement, and limit liability to the greater of the amount you paid to ESCLAVE in the prior three months or the minimum allowed by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The Last updated date will change, and continued use of ESCLAVE after changes means you accept the updated terms.
